Shift happens when you actively allow positive energy into your life. Whether it’s taking that early morning spin class, spending five minutes of your day focusing on your breath, or eating that entire cheeseburger, you are intentionally bringing a sense of light to your life. This pod is our open journal as we gain the tools to make the shift to a more mindful way of living and enhance our personal growth.
