Sharing Tribe offers a community-driven B2B2C platform to help enterprises dramatically improve on their gender diversity targets by connecting them to highly skilled tech talent. We do that by enabling enterprises to hire in part-time, job-sharing and co-leadership working models.
Job sharing and co-leadership models are becoming increasingly important in companies that strive for flexibility and employer attractiveness. On our platform, employees can easily (and anonymously if they wish) express their interest in job sharing and directly find suitable tandem partners among their colleagues. A clever matching algorithm brings together exactly those people who are good professional and personal matches. In this way, employees can come together on their own initiative and independently to form job sharing tandems, merge their profiles and approach their manager with a convincing "tandem profile". Companies can also post their job ads for which they are hiring in job sharing and invite relevant talent to apply individually or jointly.
