The Shared Resource Service (SRS) is a collaborative technology provision in South Wales that provides technology services to the public sector.
Our partners are Gwent Police, Torfaen County Borough Council, Monmouthshire County Borough Council, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Newport City Council.
SRS was established in 2010 to provide a more efficient way of delivering ICT services across our partners. We are underpinned by a single management structure across the board. The model is one that is encouraged through the Welsh Public Sector Technology Strategy. This approach helps our partners gain the best possible business benefit from their ICT investment and helps them realise the combined economies of scale of working in a local stakeholder partnership.
Our team of 230+ staff have a wealth of ICT experience which allows them to manage and deliver ICT systems and services needed by our partners and customers.
