Our mission is to build wealth and create value for clients, investors and our team through strategic acquisition, effective management, and aggressive sales and leasing of commercial real estate. We strive for each transaction to be as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved. We started Shannon Waltchack in 2005 because we love finding, purchasing and owning real estate. We have always had a passion for value enhancing opportunities for our investors, many of whom have never owned or managed commercial real estate and actively seek out opportunities to partner with Brokers who find new opportunities. Further, we are committed to improving our community and have been actively involved in helping revitalize Birmingham through creative redevelopment and adaptive reuse over the past 2 decades. Our services have expanded over the years to share our expertise with our current investors and other like-minded individuals and corporations, and we offer third-party brokerage, property and construction management, and investment services that can be tailored to each client's needs.
