Sewell Law is a firm of solicitors specialising in dispute resolution, regulatory, advice and drafting. We cover a range of areas.
The practice is based in Beverley. We advise and support clients in Beverley, Hull, East Yorkshire and nationwide.
Our aim is to become the benchmark for legal services in the region and if our client reviews are anything to go by, we are on our way to achieving that aim.
Nearly all of our instructions are through recommendation. We differ because:
- We do not sit on the fence when it comes to advice. A decisive solicitor will
present the client with the options before advising the client what option they ought to take.
- We genuinely care about our clients interest. For this reason, we like to get to know as much about our clients, and their business interests, as we can. As a result, we have already established a reputation for going above and beyond.
- Our solicitors do not have fee targets. It's an outdated way of operating. We gauge the success of the firm on client satisfaction. If the client is happy with what we are doing, the business will take care of itself.
- Our initial consultations are free for charge.
- We focus on building healthy relationships with our clients so they know we will always strive to protect their interests.
- We do our upmost to take the burden and stress, often associated with litigation, away from our clients.
- Clients who instruct Sewell Law, stay with Sewell Law.
- We are commercially astute and we prefer to avoid costly and time consuming litigation.
- We are not a law factory and we will always retain that important personal touch.
- We like to be accessible. Evenings and weekends do not pose an issue for us.
