Emergency Services (water mitigation, fire restoration, mold, hoarding, odor, etc.) 4. Home Cleaning Services (carpet cleaning, spring cleaning, floor cleaning, whole house cleaning, hoarding cleanups, etc) ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo started in 1953 as one of the earliest franchises in North America. We are proud to have been serving our customers in Kalamazoo, Michigan for over 70 years. In 1981, Tom Little purchased ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo.
