We help source legacy systems and parts to maintain in-field systems, supply field engineers to fix computer systems and carry out ongoing maintenance and assistance. We work with our customers and supply chain to find a best fit solution – without being tied to any one vendor, we have the flexibility and expertise to know where to look for that special product that tick’s all the boxes 9 times out of 10. After the initial sale, we don’t disappear, we continue to work with the same customers to help grow their business by keeping them informed of product’s that may fit their requirements and showcase new technology via our supply partners. We pride ourselves in customer retention and we hope that our expanding services and product range help us work with new long-term customers. Our extended services also include WEEE electronic waste disposal, on-site and off-site data wiping services, system buybacks for clients who wish to return value on existing equipment and finance options to suit your companies’ budget.
