A third menu is offered both for lunch and dinner to our meat lover guests. The menu consists of the choice of Côte de Bœuf or Quasi d’Agneau directly received from famous Parisian Hugo Desnoyer butcher, also business partner of Serge et le Phoque restaurant. One could call Hugo Desnoyer the butcher to the stars. He provides his wares to an amazing roster of Michelin-starred chefs and equally conscientious bistro owners across the world.
