Senior Care Consultants, LLC are providers of quality geriatric care management, dedicated to advocacy and ensuring quality of care of senior citizens in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area including the Sun Cities, Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Litchfield Park, and Scottsdale. Our firm specializes in, but is not limited to, assisting those with dementia and mental health care needs. We provide comprehensive evaluation, resource provision, planning and support services for individuals caring for or concerned about an aging loved one. We believe that every person deserves to live his or her life at the highest functional level possible. To ensure this, we work with the client, their family and their current support system to provide services tailored to meet the client’s specific needs and goals. At Senior Care Consultants, we strive to maintain dignity and independence for our clients. We advocate for the least restrictive setting for the client, that typically being their own home. We assist with placement recommendations and follow clients in their home or in more formalized settings, such as independent retirement communities, assisted living facilities, adult care homes or skilled nursing facilities.
