We looked amongst our peers. We saw that they were consistently put into positions where they were destined to fail - through lack of training, lack of support, and lack of clear expectations. We saw the constant burnout and exhaustion. We saw consultants pitted against each other within their own organizations. They spent more time worrying about CYA than ROI.
We believe there is a better way - for both our customers and our employees. We want to work WITH our customers - not for them, not against them. We want our consultants to be driven by the success of their customers - not by billable hours. We want our employees to see career advancement that doesn't come at the cost of their hobbies, friends, family, or health.
