SEEK2WORK allows skilled labor to build a profile, add an optional drug screen and background check to their profile, look for contracts, bid on the engagement, perform the work, confirm work was completed, get paid, retrieve reports on the work you performed and retrieve the tax forms related your engagements and then rate the contractor you engaged with.
