Laurence and Trish have almost 50 years’ hospitality experience between them – and a great young team who are committed to excellence with a passion for great flavours and stunning service. Laurence’s background includes 26 years in kitchens, including Michelin starred hotels, fine dining restaurants and extensive experience as a private chef. Trish keeps all our customers on track with their ordering, she is super friendly and happy to chat for as long as it takes to ensure you have complete confidence in your event. Our team of admin people, chefs, bakers and delivery specialists are all accomplished in their fields and bring great ideas (often based on international experience) to further develop the direction of the catering service we provide.
