No part of our Service is outsourced to a third party. We like to take ownership of the reports that we create. The person who visits the property will be the person who types the report up. This ensures that every report is 100% accurate. The company is an accredited member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP), and the Association of Independent Inventory Providers (AIIC) and has comprehensive General Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance. All our reports are prepared within 24 hours of visiting the property. All reports include Photographs, all Meters are read as standard and Smoke Alarms are Tested for Power.
