I am an ICF certified Executive Coach, qualified by Brown University in the ACT method of coaching. I also have 30+ years of being a leader and senior executive in banks and hedge funds. This includes 5 years at Bridgewater Associates where I learnt the transformational benefits of a culture of radical truth and transparency.
