The Schaumburg Boomers were established in 2012 and have since became a premiere franchise in the 16-team Frontier League, the largest and longest running Independent baseball league in the country. The Boomers have won four Frontier League Championships - 2013, 2014, 2017, & 2021 and have also won the Frontier League Organization of the year in 2013, 2016, 2017, & 2021. The Boomers franchise prides itself on being an active and contributing member to the Schaumburg community.
