Savings Strays is run by a group of volunteers outside of their full time jobs to help animals in need. Set up by Hayley in 2019, Saving Strays helps both cats and dogs who may be feral, stray or simply help owners who are struggling to take care of their pets whatever the reason may be. We ensure that every animal is neutered, vaccinated, has flee and worm treatment, and is microchipped, along with any other medical needs that animal has. All vet history is recorded at our chosen vets and will be passed on to the new owner upon adoption. We are a part of the Home Checks Network which now allows us to rehome all over the UK. For every adoption there will be a through home check arranged to ensure that you and your new family member are right for each other! We have a set adoption fee for cats and dogs that covers not only that animal’s care but goes towards the care of all our animals in rescue. When you adopt from Saving Strays we provide you with an Adoption Form/ Certificate and all the vet history needed for your new pet. We have also partnered with Healing Paws Animal Rescue to find homes for all their wonderful cats and kittens.
