In 1995 we developed a software product to improve the manner in which student service centers schedule appointments, register walk-ins and generate reports. We named the product SARS·GRID, with SARS being an acronym for Scheduling And Reporting System. Over the years, the SARS product line has expanded to include a suite of fully-integrated and interactive products for messaging, tracking, resource planning, and retention processes that enhance the provision of student services and promote academic success.
Our customers have experienced proven benefits in terms of cost savings, efficiency, and reduction of no-show rates. We have installed our products at colleges and universities throughout the U.S. as well as in Canada and Australia.
We assist colleges and universities in their transition to technology-based solutions, and for those already technologically-adapted, in finding new uses that can spread the advantages system-wide.
SARS works closely with colleges and universities to ensure that our applications are meeting their needs. In addition to acting on recommendations from clients for enhancements, we conduct ongoing research and development to keep our software abreast of technology.
