Sapere research group is one of the largest expert consulting firms in Australasia and a leader in provision of independent economic, forensic accounting and public policy services. Sapere provides independent expert testimony, strategic advisory services, data analytics and other advice to Australasia’s private sector corporate clients, major law firms, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. Sapere has four offices located in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, and Melbourne, as well as staff who periodically work from other locations in the Asia-Pacific region. The firm has more than 40 consultants – about one third with PhDs, and most with post-graduate degrees. Sapere (or LECG as it was previously known) has led the way in providing clients with direct access to leading experts with strong international connectivity, avoiding the limitations of the traditional pyramid consulting models.
