Santander Securities Services S.A.U. (S3), a banking subsidiary of Banco Santander, S.A., provides custody and settlement services, and acts as a depositary and administrator either directly or indirectly - via its own subsidiaries - for institutional and corporate customers in Europe (Spain, Portugal and Poland) and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile)*. S3's main business activity is the provision of post-trade securities services. It is a reginal supplier in Latin America and the leader of the Spanish market. S3 has successfully adapted to the growing complexity of markets and regulatory changes, and has invested heavily in technology and media to improve its services, thereby enabling it to expand its customers and volume of assets in custody on a constant basis.
