Sanowell Wellness Retreats

At Sanowell, we want you to appreciate your body for the miracle that it is. We will help you build an understanding of your body and how to look after it long term. Our retreats bring together various group functional workouts, yoga classes, meditation sessions and adventure activities all in the beautiful setting of the Andalucian hills near Estepona in southern Spain. We will also play to your sense of adventure with Paddle boarding, morning sea swims and boat trips and we will help you explore the beautiful mountain scape, the amazing local beaches while building friendships with other likeminded people joining the retreat. We help you to re-fuel each day with freshly prepared and nutritiously balanced meals (breakfast, lunches and dinners) from our in-house chef as well as provide detox and cleanse drinks throughout each day to make sure that your body is being recharged ready to go back to the real world.
