Sandy River Outdoor Adventures is an excellent destination for great fun, fitness and adventure (as well as learning and personal growth!) in Prince Edward County, Virginia. Located off Route 460 just outside Farmville, on a 16 acre working farm. The Adventure Park offers a thrilling tree climbing experience that contains over 60 high ropes obstacles and 20 zip lines! The largest and first of its kind in Central Virginia. We also operate bike rentals on the High Bridge Trail State Park, and canoe and kayak trips on the Appomattox River! Because of this we can provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience that not only challenges the participant to push themselves beyond their normal limits, but also allows them to do this in a controlled, safe environment.
