REGISTERED OFFICE:                      The registered office of the Company is situated at 5-15, Marikavalasa, K. Paradesipalem Post, NH-5, VISAKHAPATNAM – 531 163.  This premises is taken on lease from Omsons Marines Limited, VISAKHAPATNAM.. NATURE OF BUSINESS:The Company is promoted to carry on the business of exporting processed sea food. FACTORY:                      The factory is located at 5-15, Marikavalasa, K. Paradesipalem Post, NH-5, VISAKHAPATNAM – 531 163.  This premises is taken on lease from Omsons Marines Limited, VISAKHAPATNAM. MANUFACTURING PROCESS:                       The manufacturing process is a three step process.  In the first step the live crab procured from farmers is cooked in the beach and after cooling the same is sent to mini plant set up nearer to the source of procurement.  In the second step the workers in the mini plant remove the shell and cull out the meat and at this stage the crab is known as meat crab.  Thereafter, the meat crab is sent to the main plant at VISAKHAPATNAM through small containers and in the third and final step the meat crab is subjected to hot pasteurization and chilling and then the final product is packed in tins of required size. FACTORS OF PRODUCTION:                      The Company has already secured the factory by way of a long term lease for 8 years.  The raw material is available in plenty in the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa.  Manpower required is available in abundance and the promoters with their rich experience are competent to train the labour and extract the optimum output of supreme quality.  Plant and machinery required for this purpose is not readily available and as such the Company intends to import the same to avoid delay and to get ‘state of the art’ equipment. MARKET POTENTIAL:                      Processing live crab and producing ready to eat pasteurized crab is a unique process and this Company is first of its kind in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh to have chosen this line of business.  The promoters of the Company have good reputation in the international market and are confident to sell out the entire production without any difficulty.
