San Francisco Choral Artists

San Francisco Choral Artists is a 24-voice, professional-level, chamber ensemble specializing in innovative programming and performance excellence. SFCA has premiered over 230 works and is winner of the 2012 ASCAP/Chorus America Award for Adventurous Programming, affirming its reputation for eclectic programming and stunning performances of music spanning 600 years. Through our Roger Nixon Living Music Initiative, SFCA supports the creation of new music and fosters living composers through programs such as our New Voices Project for composers under 30, Composer-in-Residence and Not-in-Residence programs, and Composers Invitational. We also actively seek to encourage and develop young student composers through student-composer outreach programs.
