S&G is dedicated and professional in CNC precision machining parts, Powder metallurgy part, high-density alloy parts. The group company is consisted by following sub-company: CNC turning factory, CNC milling factory, Powder metallurgy & High-density Alloy factory and group sales company. We have long-term relationship with world famous companies such as adidas, Taylor Made Golf, IBM, Salomon, etc. CNC turning factory has more than 30 CNC lathes and Auto lathes. CNC milling factory owns more than 50 CNC milling centers, high-speed engrave machines and vertical/horizontal milling machines. Powder metallurgy & High-density Alloy factory is technically supported by South China University of Technology (http://www.scut.edu.cn/). Focused on New and High technology products research and manufacturing. The technologies of powder injection, alloy-casting are famous in China and meet or exceed international standard. The main products of Powder metallurgy & High-density Alloy factory: High-density (W-Ni-Fe) alloy components, high strength abrasion resistance bronze alloy (KK), Zinc alloy (ZMJ) worm wheels, bearing bush, spindle sleeves, high strength copper alloy cold forming moulds, injection moulds, abrasion resistance alloy casting steel parts. We are providing following products: steel, aluminum alloy, nonferrous metal alloy, hard alloy, high-density alloy and its machining parts. With customer's specific needs, we can do drilling, grinding, heat treatment, polishing, painting, anodizing, electroplating, etc. We have vast supply base of forging and casting parts. Coordinate the forging and casting projects and provide final machining. Stamping and injection mould design and manufacturing is one major task in our CNC milling factory. We are supplying the stamping and plastic injection mould and its related stamping and injection parts.
