Backed by NSF and NIH, we have developed a patented “acoustic resonance” technology that can detect air trapping, an earlier and more sensitive marker of lung dysfunction. This technology has the potential to accurately diagnose and predict deterioration (exacerbations) 4+ days in advance using low-cost, over-the -counter, sensors (100x cheaper).
