The concept behind EYE Television is to provide quality entertainment programming, with a predominant focus on females. With the rapidly changing media senario in Pakistan, the time was pipe for the set-up of a new television channel in Pakistan. Eye Television was planned along-with a group of like-minded people and a decision was taken to hire the services of a professional consultant to work on the feasibility and setup of the Organization.
