Salus is part of the Avril Group. The Avril Group, established in 1983 in France, operates in the oil and protein sectors. The industrial activity of the Avril Group is organized in two sectors that work in synergy. The vegetable sector brings together the oilseed processing and the valorization of the oil in: edible oil, seasoning sauces and renewable energy and chemistry.
