Saigon Construction Corporation (SCC) was established in 1999. SCC sets up the foundation for its development based on industrial workshop construction field. Since its inception, SCC has quickly garnered a reputation in both quality and prestige, and is highly regarded by the majority of domestic and foreign investors as the best partner.
