Safarini Leadership

Safarini means “on a journey” in Swahili, Kenya’s national language. Safarini Leadership brings global professionals to northern Kenya on a week-long leadership learning journey. Participants undertake group coaching and unique leadership development workshops during a multi-day camel trekking safari through remote desert mountains. These are co-led by tribal elders from the local pastoralist communities there, and by our certified coaches, who facilitate a cross-cultural, expedition-based leadership development experience that improves resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication. Safarini journeys are designed for and can be catered specifically to seasoned executives, EMEA leaders, entrepreneurs, career-changers/sabbaticals, and/or MBA students.
