The name originated from the Japanese word for bamboo leaf, SaZu Restaurant SaSaZu brings you closer to Southeast Asia, giving you a sense and taste of tradition. With the Execu-tive Chef Shahaf Shabtay, the restaurant offers you a large variety of dishes, from Vietnam, Cambo-dia, Indonesia and other countries, based on five major Asian culinary practices: Sambal, Otak-Otak, Roti, Flame and Tai-Tai. The Venue The incredible size of 1500 m2 is in a unique position on the market. Seating capacity is 350 people and standing capacity is 2500 people. The club has the latest technical and audio facili-ties. VIP Galleries - Pearl and Diamond, are part of the club. From both of the balconies one has a clear view of the clubs‘ ground floor which can function as a dance floor. Both spread 160 m2 and have the capacity to seat 100 guests.
