SWANS supports female university students and young professionals from immigrant families. Our goal is to promote a more adequate representation of these highly qualified and dedicated women in the workplace in accordance with their competences and skill sets. SWANS also provides them with a platform for networking and exchanging ideas and experiences.
We are funded by Germany's Federal appointee for Integration and Robert Bosch Stiftung and have received awards from Chancellor Angela Merkel and the European Economic and Social Council.
