“STYX - A gastronomic tale concept, where skewers are featured through a series of intimate journeys over several countries and continents. Pascal invites us to bite, share and taste a "cuisine du Monde" with no boundaries.” STYX is an elevated street food eatery. The concept takes flavors from all around the world and translates them into skewers and dishes, thoughtfully paired with sides and robust sauces. It's comfort food at its best, set in a bright, casual space in the F&B complex Yong Ping Li. Our custom made barbecue, powered by gaz for power and chrysanthemum charcoal for flavour, is facing our dining room and is the beating heart of STYX, delivering deliciously grilled skewers of marinated meats and seafood. On the drinks side, you will find a short yet diverse selection of Old and New World wines, tap and bottle beers, a selection of fruit mocktails and a cocktails list ranging from classics like spritz, mojito and godfather to more unique one like our Sichuan Strawberry, Chicano or Raspberry Whisky Sour. Barbecue is always tastier when paired with a good drink !
