Founded in March 2005 by Scott Barlow, STRADA comprises of two operating units: STRADA Funds Management and STRADA Development. STRADA Funds Management is responsible for the STRADA Office Fund, an unlisted direct investing commercial office fund. STRADA Development specialises in the delivery of exclusive residences in some of Australia’s most desirable locations. STRADA Development also undertakes commercial developments and residential land subdivisions when attractive opportunities are identified in target markets.
