SPEC Services provides planning, project management, engineering and design, procurement, construction management, and related services for energy facilities and infrastructure projects, primarily in the Western and Southwestern USA. We provide the full range of technical and project services needed for gas utilities, all segments of the oil and gas industry (pipelines, terminals, production, refining, distribution), renewable energy production and transmission, water and wastewater industries, and other urban infrastructure programs.
