SOLOMON ESHETE & Co., Chartered Certified Accountants and Authorized Auditor in Ethiopia is established by Mr. Solomon Eshete, FCCA. Mr. Solomon Eshete, FCCA, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He has received a Professional Competence Certificate from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Office of the Federal Auditor General and Accounting Standard Board of Ethiopia (ASBA) to provide Audit and Accounting services in Ethiopia. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) - US, Ethiopian Professional Auditors and Accountants Association, and Association of External Auditors. Mr. Solomon has contributed a lot to the progress of the auditing profession by being a member of the External Auditors Association. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Association. He has also served as a member of the executive committee and president of the Chartered Certified Accountants Students’ Society in Ethiopia (CCASSE). During his term, his outstanding skill helped move forward the achievement of the Association's objectives such as promoting the profession in Ethiopia and establishing ACCA branch office in Ethiopia. Solomon is the owner and principal of the Solomon Eshete & Co. audit firm. He has served in the profession for over 17 years in the government, as well as in non-government, private business, and external audit firm settings. During his tenure, he has held the following positions:  Audit Manager, in an external audit firm Audit Senior, in an external audit firm Finance Manager, in a private company Accounting and Tax Consultant, in various private companies Finance Officer, Project Cashier and Community Development Worker (CDW), in an international NGO called Child Fund (Christian Children Fund) which has a similar nature of projects in most parts of Ethiopia In his experience as audit manager, Mr. Solomon has audited and reviewed internal accounting and control systems, conducted meetings, as well as discussed and agreed on audit reports, and other related matters with top management of various governmental, non-governmental, and private organizations.
