Specialisation SOCIOS focuses on three principal categories of corporate finance advice: Advice in relation to corporate transactions: Acquisitions, disposals, mergers, search mandates, MBO’s, MBIs, Public Offers (including «take privates»), fairness opinions, etcetera. Advice in relation to financing transactions: Raising start up and development capital (private equity and private placements), IPO advice, raising debt and mezzanine finance, balance sheet restructurings, etc. Financial and strategic advice: Advising clients on value creation and maximisation, feasibility studies, advice on joint venture and strategic alliances, etc.
