Snam, a General Contracting Company, was established in Lebanon in 1978.
In 1990, Snam entered the Public Sector Work and it was classified as Grade A, for buildings and roads, in the Council of Development and Reconstruction, a governmental institution responsible for the execution of all public projects in Lebanon. Since then and the company has been executing big projects for the Council.
In 2008, the company established its branch in Riyadh, KSA, where the company has executed many projects as a subcontractor for the Ministry of Higher Education.
In 2012, the company was classified as Grade B for buildings and Grade E for roads in KSA. In the same year the company won two (2) tenders, as main contractor, for the execution of the medical school in Prince Sattam University for a total cost of 124,000,000 Saudi Riyals, and for the execution of the Dental School in Prince Sattam University for a total cost of 118,000,000 Saudi Riyals.
The work on the Medical School Project started on April 3, 2014 and the payments received from that project exceed 32,000,000 Saudi Riyals.
The Performance Guarantee has been issued from Samba Bank after depositing its full amount which is 6,200,000 Saudi Riyals.
As for the Dental School Project, we are about to sign the Contract in the near future.
Snam has also executed many short term projects with the Saudi Royal Air Forces.
