SKY Campus Happiness is an experiential program tailored for campus populations– students, faculty, and staff– offered by the International Association for Human Values and Art of Living Foundation and designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Evidence based practices – We teach SKY Breath Meditation - breathwork and meditation practices - for well-being and resilience
Inclusion and social connection – We create opportunities for meaningful connections through interactive exercises, empathy training, and group activities.
Service and leadership – We inspire a service ethic and cultivate leadership skills through purpose driven teamwork and service projects.
Emotional intelligence training – We explore mental frameworks for a happy and successful life on and off campus.
