SIMmersion develops virtual training systems to provide users the space to practice preparing for difficult conversations and build conversational skills. The trainings feature interactive and realistic simulations, engaging educational content, and extensive feedback. Our simulations use a patented non-branching logic that gives users a new experience with each conversation. Video-based characters provide life-like, challenging situations and present in a number of personalities, increasing repeatability. Real-time visual and written feedback from an on-screen coach and a post-assessment allow users to learn quickly and independently. Since 2002, SIMmersion has developed a wide variety of training systems to address a number of important topics, such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Suicide interventions, Job Interviewing, & Alcohol Screening/Brief interventions.
