SHOPPERS started in 2005 and grew fast into the Romanian market, being the leader as of 2009, then also started cover CEE & Balkans markets (Czeck Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia) in projects for large Multinational brands. We believe that leadership starts with the Empowerment of Employees, and employees will work better if they understand well how they should act towards customers. We believe in excellence and 100% delivery of the Customer's objectives, while enjoying our work and team spirit. As a recognition of SHOPPERS' approach to the profession, since 2009, Adrian Barbu, SHOPPERS' General Manager, was elected as a Board Director of MSPA Europe (Mystery Shopping Providers' Association), an organization with more than 250 members from 43 countries. Since May 17 2013, Adrian Barbu was the President of MSPA Europe and Vicepresident of the MSPA Global Board (MSPA Global, 600 member-companies worldwide).
