Your constitution/dosha (Prakrti) -Vata, Pitta Kaha and the imbalances that cause the current challenges will give me the opportunity to help you achieve your health goals and true wellness. The bespoke plan will include herbal remedies, oils, tonics, and lifestyle and dietary recommendations for prevention and relief from the current challenges.
