SEVES (Economically Viable Systems for Water in the South) is an international development NGO founded in 2007 In line with the Sustainable Development Goal 6 of the United Nations, it aims at:
- Fostering sustainable access to water and sanitation in rural and semi urban areas 500 to 30 000 inhabitants) of Sub Saharan Africa;
- Raising awareness among citizens and political economic stakeholders in the North and South on how to ensure an equitable, professional, transparent, and sustainable management of services.
In 2021, SEVES has 8 staff, 17 ongoing or implemented projects impacting 710,600 people in 5 countries.
