Mr. Pedtke holds a Masters in Water Damage Restoration, Masters in Textile Cleaning and a Masters in Fire Damage Restoration through the IICRC. He also is a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor through the Indoor Air Quality Council and has over 400 hours of additional training in microbiology, fungicology, toxicology and microbial remediation. Mr. Pedtke's experience and knowledge, within the restoration industry, is among the best in the Dayton, Ohio area. He has been called upon to consult on large loss water damages, review remediation estimates for insurance companies and has been providing expert testimony for the legal and insurance communities for over 12 years.
