Seed Collaborative LLC (Seed) supports institutions to transform/advance towards equity and belonging. Seed is a Black-owned, women-led, Los Angeles-based consulting firm specializing in supporting clients to reach equitable strategic outcomes and organizational cultures of belonging. Seed is a cross culturally diverse team that works with mission-driven institutions, including municipalities, government agencies, philanthropies, and nonprofit organizations across the country. Seed’s approach is to operationalize visionary initiatives at the intersection of organizational development and diversity, justice, access, equity, inclusion and belonging (DJAEIB) through the framework of Targeted Universalism (TU) for organizations. Seed has over ten years of experience working with clients to achieve and sustain diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging outcomes.
