S.C Reinvest

Reinvest Corporation, s.r.o., seated in Brno, was created on 1 April 2005. Reinvest Corporation, s.r.o. is a developer company; its principal business activity consists in the preparation of commercial projects of shopping centres. This preparation includes property settlement, all the necessary permits and engineering activities. Besides project preparation, Reinvest Corporation, s.r.o. also builds and rents shopping centres to final operators. Food supermarket chains, such as Penny Market, Tesco Stores, Ahold and InterSpar, rank among our important business partners. As regards other than food chains, we cooperate e.g. with Okay Elektro, InterSport, Schlecker, the OBI hobby markets and many others. In 2005, Reinvest Corporation, s.r.l., a Romanian subsidiary, was created; it is seated in Bucharest and it has offices in Cluj and Bakau. REWE, a company that runs the BILLA supermarkets and the Penny Market discount stores, is our principal partner in Romania. Among our other partners are Plus Discount and Kaufland. RC Bulgaria Ltd., seated in Sofia, a Bulgarian subsidiary, was created in 2007.
