Sawaria Pipes Private Limited SAWARIA PIPES PRIVATE LIMITED(SPPL) is having three units, Unit-I is suited at Sy.No.323, 12th km stone, Narsingi village, R.R Dist,Hyderabad (AP) started its production in the year 1999 consisting of 3 tube mills of range from 1/2" to 6" in round and one slitting line plant to slit the coil in required specifications, with 4 over head cranes. Stated manufacturring during the year 2007 with 50 MT per month with a workforce of 20. Today we have Installed Capacity of 3000MT per month and our production is around 2750 with work force of 525 Our Galvanizing Unit went into production on 2004 and we are currently producing 2750 MT per month. Unit-II> Unit-II is situated at Sy.No.257, Nandigama Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak Dist. (AP) started in 2004. Unit II is consisting of most modern 4 tube mills of range from 10mm to 80mm OD round and hot rolled strip mill and Galvanised plant with 6 overhead cranes & two mobile cranes, this unit is equipped with 25 power press ranging from 50mts to 200mts capacity with 5 radial drilling machines, and mig wielding is mainly set for tower production. Water Treatment plant, tower fabrication facility and well equipped testing laboratory were also present in this unit. Unit-III (structural steel plant) The mill is 20"(500mm) fully automatic to manufacture angles 50x50x4 to 200 x200x20 Channels, I-beams,Rounds Upto 50 mm to 150 mm
