Its core office strength consists of about 200+ Staff members including 30+ Chartered Accountants. Since its founding in the year 1943 by its Senior most Partner Sri. S.Venkataraman, the firm has grown steadily into a multi‐disciplinary practice. In early years the firm focused on direct taxation, convincing and related matters. The Partners come from diverse career background bringing with them a variety of experience and learning. Having put in more than 60+ years in the profession, the firm is having a strong and systematic work procedure to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the information evolved in the accounts by adhering to the set rules and procedures of the unit under audit and to ensure proper implementation of applicable accounting standard by applying Auditing Standards set out by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The Firm has a total clientele of about 2000+ which includes entities, in both the Private and Public Sector engaged in Manufacturing which includes Engineering, Chemicals, Leather, Hotels, Pharmaceuticals, Construction (including Raw materials for the same), Electronics, Food Industries, Coffee / Tea Estates, Medical equipment, Chit Funds, Cigarettes, Tobacco Trading, Cosmetics, Breweries, Printing Paper, Packaging, Telecommunications etc. and in the Service sector which includes Consultancy, Transport Companies, Insurance Companies (including brokers), Foreign Exchange dealers, Stock brokers, Foreign Exchange brokers, Clearing and Forwarding Agents, Hospitals, Hotels, Architectural Organizations etc. This includes Multinationals and Over‐seas Corporate Bodies, Infrastructure Companies (i.e. Companies involved in Township Development (Residential and Industrial).
