Founded in 1970, S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. is a commercial design-build and general contractor licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. Our extensive portfolio includes: manufacturing, office, warehouse, retail, office condo, religious, sports and recreation, and flex and distribution facilities.
