We are working with St. Louis County on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in which we purchase foreclosed properties and rehab them. We then re-sell them to qulaified buyers, thus stabilizing the neighborhoods and putting people back into these formerly empty homes! We also build new homes in established neighborhoods as well as on developed land.
