The Royal William Yard is an award-winning Grade 1 listed ex-naval victualling yard, which has been regenerated by Urban Splash in recent years to become the best place to work, rest and play in the South West.
Constructed between 1825 and 1831, the Royal William Yard is steeped in history and considered to be one of the most important groups of historic military buildings in Britain and the largest collection of Grade I Listed military buildings in Europe.
Superbly located between the River Tamar and Plymouth Sound, Royal William Yard provides a breathtaking views and a great place to live or base your business.
